How do I create a standard message?

Do you regularly send the same answer to tenants?

Then you should know that you are able to save your answer and use it as a 'Standard Message'. If for example you have a certain procedure for further communication or have to decline tenants, who do not meet the prerequisites for applying for the rentable, even though the rentable is still available.

To create a standard message you must do the following:

  • Click on the envelope in the top-right corner
  • Click on the property
  • Click on the conversation you wish to send a message to.

Now you will see the option 'Standard messages' under the field, in which you can write a message to the tenant. Click 'Standard messages' and then choose 'Create' in the window that has opened on the left-hand side of the screen.

You can create multiple standard messages and a standard rejection. The standard rejection has already been made by us, but you can edit a standard message by clicking the three vertical dots on the right side of the message.

The standard rejection will be sent automatically, when your rentable has been marked as rented out. When you have created your standard message, you should remember to give it a proper name, so that you can quickly identify the message for future use.

When you have saved your standard message, you will be able to use it in any conversation by pressing 'Standard messages'.
