When you vacate the rentable, it should be in the condition it was in, when you moved in.
If the rentable was refurbished upon your moving in, it must be restored, when you vacate it. The landlord might prefer to hire professionals to do the restoration. The expenses will be covered by your security deposit. You and your landlord should inspect the lease together and agree on what needs to be repaired, and who should pay for it.
You must vacate the rentable 14 days before the tenancy expires, so the landlord has time to make the lease ready for new tenants.
If the lease was not refurbished when you moved in, no restoration should be needed upon the end of your tenancy.
