The BoligPortal website is not working, what do I do?

Sometimes, issues occur locally on your device. One of the following suggestions will often solve the problem:

- Change browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc.) You can download a new browser by typing e.g. “download firefox” into Google and following the instructions

- Delete cookies (more information here)

- Delete cached files (more information here)

- Update your browser

- Try to sign in from another computer / tablet / smartphone
