If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so by signing in to BoligPortal, click on your name or your profile picture in the top right corner and then click "Subscription".
You will now enter a new page. Here, you click "Unsubscribe", select the reason why you want to unsubscribe and confirm the reason by clicking "Unsubscribe" once again. You will now receive a confirmation that you have unsubscribed.
You will automatically receive an email with a receipt as well. This is your prove that the subscription was canceled.
Your access to contact landlords will automatically expire after the current period.
If you have or have previously had a rentable on BoligPortal, you unsubscribe by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner, then on the 'More' button. Here you will find 'Housing search subscriptions', where you can unsubscribe from your subscription.
Just click 'Unsubscribe' select the reason why you want to unsubscribe and confirm the reason by clicking 'Unsubscribe' once again. You will now receive a confirmation that you have unsubscribed.
Note: If you have purchased your subscription to BoligPortal in the App Store, the subscription must be cancelled in the AppStore as well and not through BoligPortal.
